The C2 Hub splines are generally the first weak link when adding power to the Allison 1000. A sudden jolt in traction can be just enough to strip the splines out of the hub, then ruining a much more expensive part. The P2 Planetary. We have made a budget friendly part to help strengthen the spines in the hub. When the splines strip they expand the snout of the hub out. We have machined a press fit sleeve to help hold the snouts shape when under load. This a must for any units built to hold UP TO 700WHP. Great for DIYers, and seasoned builders.
The P1 sun gear MUST be machined to fit the sleeve.
